It considers the Lord Jesus Christ as he sets out on his way to Jerusalem to accomplish our salvation. The Lord Jesus of the Bible, the one to whom this book points us, is what a real man should be: clear-eyed with unflinching determination, conviction, self-discipline and courage. But he is not cold or stoic.
